Our standard cleaning package includes a comprehensive cleaning of all areas in the property to ensure it is guest-ready. Clean includes:

• Kitchen: Cleaning and sanitising all surfaces, appliances (inside and out), sinks, and floors.
• Living Room: Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning all surfaces and arranging furniture and decor.
• Bedrooms: Changing bed linens, dusting all surfaces, and vacuuming or mopping floors. Laundering of bed linens.
• Bathrooms: Thorough cleaning and sanitising of sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors, and floors. We also restock toiletries and towels.
• General Areas: Emptying trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, checking and replacing light bulbs, and ensuring all amenities are in good condition.
  Additional services such as deep cleaning, laundry, and special requests can be arranged upon request.

How do you handle key exchange and access to the property?

We offer several flexible options for key exchange and property access to ensure a seamless experience:

• Key Lockbox: Many of our clients use a lockbox system where we retrieve and return the keys after each cleaning.
• Smart Lock Access: For properties equipped with smart locks, we can access the property using a unique code provided by you.
  We work closely with you to determine the most convenient and secure method for key exchange that fits your needs.

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies as part of our service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, however, we ask that there's a hoover at the property:

• Equipment: Our team is equipped with professional cleaning tools, including mops, and specialised cleaning cloths.

What do you charge and how do I pay?

Our prices start from £60 for a one bedroom property with laundry included. We charge for the size of the property, so our pricing structure is:

1 bed: £60
2 bed: £70
3 bed: £90
4 bed: £140
5 bed: £165
